What is the name of this body of water in southeast Ohio?

What is the name of this body of water in southeast Ohio. It is east of Greasy Ridge, Ohio and south of Polka Dot, Ohio.
No, it is not "Scottown, Ohio". That's just what Google maps is calling this spot/area.

Bonus question: why does it appear on Google maps satellite view, but not on the "map" view as a blue body of water?

Bonus, Bonus question: who "owns" this body of water? I'd like to fish it and ask for permission. ;)

Thanks!

Response by poster: Sorry, should have said "south of Lecta, Ohio." Not Polka Dot. Thanks!

Best answer: Timbre Ridge Lake?

Given the shape, I would hazard a guess that it is a dam of some kind. Dams are usually public access.

If you are close enough to go fishing there, drive by and look for signs? Just watch out for the Highway 91 though...
