How to call USAA bank without a toll-free number.

i need a plain old phone number for USAA Federal Savings Bank.

I am in Nicaragua and cannot dial a toll-free US telephone number. The USAA website has some ridiculous toll-free number for Nicaragua that ONLY works from a ground line. Been living here a year, haven't seen a ground line phone yet.

I need an old fashioned, normal area code phone number for USAA bank. Nothing fancy, just something to dial and it works, like calling mom.

The USAA site says: "If toll-free service is not available from your location, call us COLLECT at 210-498-2722."
