Hanoi city worker bag question

Bagfilter Hanoi: I am in Hanoi and I keep seeing utility workers with these really cool box shaped green canvas bags. Does anyone know where this kind of stuff would be sold? It seems like there must be a street for this kind of thing somewhere since there is a street for everything else here.

I don't know where you can find one in Vietnam, but a picture might help others help you. Do they look like the Nut and Bolt bag or Tool Bucket on this page?

If you know Vietnamese ask someone where to get that bag. If you don't know Vietnamese get a friend to help you ask. But, and this just a guess, if they're utility workers the bags may be supplied by their work and not necessarily the type of item you can (easily) find in a shop.

Do they look like one of the grocery bags on this page? That website is for the wholesaler who provides the bags all over Australia, but I believe they're made in China, so maybe would be getting into other countries too.
