What was that music video?

VideoFilter: Remember the music video, but not the song.

There was a video about 15-ish years ago that had a girl climbing over bins of records to get to a TV. I think the TV was probably showing video of the band. This was probably on MTV (although have they showed videos in the past 20 years).

Can't remember the song or band, but remember liking the video. Any help?

I thought there was a Teenage Fanclub video like that, but I'm not finding anything on YouTube to support that hunch.

It was "The Concept" by Teenage Fanclub. Good catch.
Most of the YouTube hits are a different video, but finally found the real one. Great song. Thanks.
