Looking for image of whiteboard with specific text on it...

Looking for a picture of a whiteboard... drawn on the left hand side has stuff like "check e-mail only at ... 10... 2... 4" an "max of 3 open projects" and "home by 5:30... NO EXCUSES" couldn't find with google.
