Where to find Diet Mt. Dew in NJ?

Where can I buy Diet Mountain Dew in cases in/around northeast New Jersey (as close as possible to Scotch Plains)? I can't even seem to find it in 2L bottles, but I'm really looking for the 36-can cases.

I've looked at BJ's, Stop 'n' Shop, and Target (I'm getting desperate). I know from experience that Sam's Club stocks them in Michigan, at least. But there don't seem to be any of those near my current location. I'm hoping some fellow caffeine-dependent Mefites here will be able to help me out.

Also (a bit of an aside), what's up with that, anyway? Is Diet Mt. Dew that unpopular on the East Coast that it's hard to come by in more than just one container/quantity?

All I can say is that as a lifelong eastcoaster, and former MD drinker... I had no idea that Diet Mountain Dew even existed.

Well, for your second question, I live a few hours south of you on the east coast and they sell Diet Mountain Dew at Costco and at Safeway. You don't seem to have any Safeways near you, but there seems to be a Costco nearby. I'd try there. You can also try searching for it on Peapod (doing a preliminary search for a NE NJ zipcode, indicates they sell 12 can packs of DMD in your area); I think they partner with local stores, so that may be a lead. Also, if that doesn't work out, since you are willing to buy it by the case, I would ask at your local grocery store to see if they would order it for you.

I don't have any good solutions for you, just wanted to add that I have also had a terrible time finding diet mountain dew out east...I'm from the midwest and don't have any trouble finding it, but when I visit friends in NYC, I often can't even come across a single 20oz bottle. (which is sad for the huge population that doesn't have easy access to the earth's finest soft drink)

My Midwestern Costco sometimes has 36 packs. There's a Costco by you in Union and Edison....maybe call there?

You need to visit my Stop n Shop in Carlstadt, NJ. My wife lives on Diet Mountain Dew and that's the only place we buy it. They don't sell it by the case, but they usually have the 4 for 11 dollars fridge pack or some other similar deal going. They usually have 2 liter bottles and cans.

I had been searching for Mountain Dew throwback for weeks. I finally found it at Target. They had a huge selection of Mountain Dew products including the 36 can packs. Here is the Target by you:

Every grocery store in VA carries Diet Dew - worst case find your nearest WalMart Superstore. It'll be the 12 packs, but as the poster above noted, they are generally on sale every other week or so.
