What phrase best describes the annoying person who shows up at the party with their own cd's, hijacks the stereo, and forces everyone to listen to 30 seconds of a dozen different tracks?

I'm thinking along the lines of:

Music Nazi
Music Fascist
Music Dick(tator)
Etc...
