Resource that archives motorcycle traffic incident reports for San Diego, CA?

Is there any resource that archives traffic incident reports for San Diego, CA? I'm thinking of SigAlert mostly, but their website doesn't seem to keep the info long after the alert is resolved.

I would like to review "downed motorcyclist" incidents to try to learn from them, but most of the ones that make it to the news are the bad ones.

Almost every day, however, there seems to be an incident involving a motorcycle on the morning or afternoon commute, and I'd like to review the conditions, as well as how the motorcyclist fared, what they were wearing, etc. I can follow along with active sigalerts on this web site, but they go away after the alert is cleared.

CA CHP has some cool info. Still not a archive.

Once I figure out how to ask the question correctly it looks like http://www.wolframalpha.com might be the place to do it. They just launched and I keep running into server load too high errors. I'll post back if I get the question through.
