Urgent care clinic in Seattle?

Can you recommend an urgent care clinic open on nights or weekends in Seattle? Preferably one somewhere near Fremont that is a Uniform Medical Plan provider. I have no current need—this is for future reference.

I know the UW medical center urgent care has (used to have?) weekend hours, but I don't know about weekends. I know I've used that service on a weekend--however I just spent about 5 minutes trying to find urgent care info on the UWMC website but sure as heck can't find it.

Can you call Uniform or look at their web site?

There's always Swedish in Ballard.

D'oh--I know they have/used to have weekend hours, but not sure about nights.

US Healthworks has two locations in Seattle, both open on Saturdays. According to their website, they accept Uniform Medical Plan.

UWMC supposedly has a "fast track" where you are seen by a nurse practitioner at a lower priority. But as far as I can tell, it is almost indistinguishable from the emergency room for billing purposes. Uniform assessed a $75 ER copay when I used it.

I checked Uniform's web site and had a very hard time finding anything useful, but I was hoping for personal recommendations as well.

US Healthworks is not open nights. They close at 6:00.

It is nearly impossible to find after-hours urgent care in Seattle, it seems. I don't know why. For years, the clinic where my regular doctor worked was open until 9:00 for walk-ins, then the clinic closed and I haven't found any substitute yet with similar late hours.

Yeah, Swedish (First Hill for me) took good care of me on a Sunday night when my wife insisted on taking me in. I didn't want to go, but it turns out to have been a good call, since I had pneumonia and my electrolytes looked like something out of Lovecraft. Their staff were incredible.

It seems the Swedish options are emergency rooms as well. It looks like I will probably have to pay that $75 if I need to see someone urgently at night.

U.S. Healthworks looks like a good option for a Saturday.
