Tracking down an old web cartoon

WebCartoonSearchFilter: I'm trying to track down an old web cartoon from the height of the warchalking "craze", with a young couple standing with an estate agent (realtor) by an "Open Node" chalk and he's saying "So you want me to find you a home with...etc...within 100ft of this point?" [MI]

I used to think it was a UF cartoon, but having just had a friend go through four years of their archives and not turn it up, I'm now not so sure. So, anyone recognise it, and if so, can you point me in the right direction?

Amazing what will come up as the first result when you search for "warchalking cartoon".

Response by poster: I think I probably overly complicated my google search by adding some of the dialogue (as I remembered it) too, which certainly didn't produce the result in the first fifteen-odd pages! ;-)
