Please recommend a therapist who specializes in CBT in Virginia.

I am trying to find a therapist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy in either Alexandria, VA or Richmond, VA. I moved this year, commute often between the two locations, and I am having a difficult time finding a new doctor to help me cope with depression and anxiety.
