Please help me remember this song from a short snippet on The Late Show with David Letterman

Ok, folks, this should be an easy one... but it's got me stumped.

Right after actor Chris Pine's interview on The Late Show with David Letterman, a short snippet of a very very very familiar song plays, just before the commercial at the end of this clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxyOsT_sIQg)

I know the song , but I'll be damned if I can remember it. It's a 70s song, I'm pretty sure, but I don't want to poison anyone's guesses with my bad memory...
