What is your favorite Twitter widget for Wordpress

I'm looking for two Twitter widgets to go on a Wordpress blog. The first will show pictures of Twitter followers. The second will show a feed of other people twittering in reference to either the main Twitter account and perhaps selected hashtags. I feel overwhelmed by the amount of widgets out there, and I don't know how to make the best choice. What recommendations does the hive have? I recently discovered the Friends Twitter widget, but it seems to have some bugs (it breaks the frame in Firefox on my Mac). Also, any best-practices or lessons learned?

Why not just aggregate the appropriate search RSS feeds and display those?

Really? I didn't know Rupaul had a cousin.

I may use an rss feed for the hashtags, but what I really want to find is a plugin that displays faces of Twitter followers

The first one seems the toughest--the pics. This one seems to fit the bill.
