Accidentally deleted my life...

All my calendar entries gone! Help! Any way to recover them from either my phone or iCal on my Mac?

I tried syncing my phone with my new Mac using iSync. It worked fine. Copied all my contacts and calendar entries from the phone to the Mac. Great. But then being new to Macs I accidentally deleted the Home calendar.

No problem I thought, I'll just sync with my phone again. But then when I synced, it just deleted every calendar entry on my phone!

So my question is, can I either:
a) Recover deleted calendar entries from my phone (Nokia 5300); or
b) Recover a deleted calendar in iCal

Are you running time machine by any chance on your mac?

You appear to be, as another has said, SOL. It's a very long shot, but have you tried going to the Edit menu in calendar an undoing the last changes? I don't know what this would be referred to but possibly something like "Undo synch to phone" and then "Undo Delete Calendar." Long, long shot. Good luck.
