During the U.S. election, several sites (such as BBC) had cool interactive maps built in Flash. Does anyone know of any good sites that have interactive maps using Flash? Bonus for ones that deal with land-use or transportation planning.

Massachusetts has a bunch of land use/planning maps here. I'm guessing that searching around most states' .gov sites for GIS maps would give you something. Caveat: I don't think these use Flash, but they are interactive and may be along the lines of what you're looking for.

I loved these, and even played around with my own deisgn.
This is an open source flash template for making your own interactive map. Its got a few issues. I added rollovers into the smaller states boxes on the right side, and Massachusetts was not lined up correct from the default to the rollover. Flash isn't too complex, and you can download Flash MX for a trial (I think).

This is a pretty cool one for sale for making your own real estate map.

I also like the one at Ourcongress.org for the cool way it zooms in on the northeast.
