EQ app for cell phone

The other day I saw someone had an app for their iPhone that basically took the sound coming in the microphone and showed what the highs and lows were on an equalizer. Is there something like this for Windows Mobile?

They were using this program to find feedback over microphones. This would be really helpful for me to use. I have a Blackjack II with Windows Mobile 6.1. Also if anyone knows the original app, that'd be great too!

You're looking for an audio spectrum analyzer. Google shows that there is at least one for Windows Mobile.
