How do I implement a document submission box in SCORM?

I am working on an activity for my class which is a SCORM module that has several pages of content, some assessments, and then a dropbox area where students are to upload their final essay for me to grade. How do I create the dropbox in SCORM and make it easy to grade in any SCORM 1.2 compatible LMS? I'd like to share this with the other faculty members as well. Thanks!
