It looks like the Equinox from the Genève Collection (aka Genève Equinox), and there's a similar model in this eBay auction. A similar one is mentioned in this FPN thread, and if you want confirmation, the posters on FPN are usually eager to assist. posted by holgate at 1:24 PM on April 15
