Print custom maps and include or remove the roads I choose?

Is there a website where I can create custom local maps that I can include or remove the roads I choose on a printout? Free preferably, of course. Thanks!

Best answer: There are no ready-to-go websites that I know of that will do what you want, but there are other ways - involves either coding your own solution or downloading GIS software that has the ability to query out the features you want. I'm pretty much only familiar with the GIS software I use at work, but there are free/open source programs if you poke around the web for them. You will also need to download some data unless you are working with a web service.
