Help me replace a hinge on my folding coffee table.

Hardware experts: can you help me identify this hinge?

I have this neato folding coffee table, apparently called an "Aderley" table.
One of the fairly complex hinges broke last night - the metal just split. The wood is fine. I figure if I can just replace the hinge, everything will be jake, but I have no idea what to call this thing to begin searching for a replacement. Can you help?

A secretaire hinge? A card table hinge?

I think Ery's got it with the card table hinge. I searched Rockler.com and didn't find anything that quite matched. You might try just taking it off (or the other, whole one if necessary) and take it into a Rockler, Ace, or other store - find someone knowledgeable and ask in person.
