How to select appropriate technology for HEalth education

Advice on projection technology as we are building a new Health Education room with seating for up to 75 people... Many of the health educators typically like to use PPT and Video presentations... IN terms of presentation technology, what options should we consider and how to better educate ourselves on these ranging from type of projector to smartboard type technology... budget not unlimited by a package coming in under $7500 no problem
