Displaying different data for different shapes in Visio 2003?

Visio newbie here. I'm making an organization chart where everyone has a title, department, and name field. However, staff members don't have titles or departments, just names, so those two fields are blank. Everyone has a Reports_to field for organization purposes.

What Visio 2003 seems to do, when data isn't present for some given field for some person, is insert a blank line for the field in the person's shape. This is a nuisance because I'll get something like:

*SPACE*
*SPACE*
Mr. Staff Member

when I just want Mr. Staff Member, no blank lines. Also, my supervisor wants names displayed at the bottom of each shape, and manually resizing the shape will cause the name to pop out of the shape.

Is there any way I can customize what shapes displays what data without this space annoyance (e.g., staff shapes has just the name, while all other shapes have the three fields)? Visio by default displays the three fields across all shapes.
