Six Months Later Still Looking For Webcomic About Web Design

I'm looking for a webcomic which illustrates the pain of web design by committee.
I saw it this past August. I think I had been following links from either Citizen Agency or Factory Joe, but I cannot seem to retrace my steps. It was several color panels on one page. The first panel depicted a committee debating whether a drop down widget should be used, went through several more comic frames, and then ended up on a panel labeled "six months later" where the committee was still debating the same drop down widget.

Response by poster: Thanks. That's it. In my memory, it was more full color. But it matches pretty much what I remembered. Ironically, this is for a presentation which quotes Krug a lot. A lot of people think he's Chicken Soup for the Web Designer. But I think there's a lot of wisdom in what he says.

Response by poster: Ah, and thanks to the winning answer, I was able to find that the place I originally saw the comic was in Jeff Atwood's blog.
