Social Media + Environmental Concerns?

What are some social media sites that have an environmental tilt?

I'm looking at both general social media sites that have sections with an environmental tilt (e.g. Facebook groups against climate change), but also social media sites specifically tailored toward environmental purposes (e.g. stepgreen.org).

Freedom Gardens (http://freedomgardens.org) by the Dervaes Institute (http://pathtofreedom.com) is my go-to green social media site.

I work at Greenvoice, which is a social network / campaigning platform for environmental activists.

The Treehugger forums are pretty active. They even have meet-ups. Also, you might check your local Sierra Club chapter. (Thanks for pointing out Stepgreen.)
