Help me print attachments from an Adobe Acrobat 9 portfolio

Do you know a way to print emails and attachments from a portfoilio created in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro?

I have created a portfolio in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 from Outlook emails and am trying to get the entire portfolio to print with the attachments. Despite others telling me this is possible, I can't get the attachments to print (although the attachments show up in the portfolio view and I can open them in their native applications from the portfolio).

Has anyone done this successfully? If so, what trick am I missing?

Questions:

1) What kind of printer (brand: canon, hp, etc. and type: inkjet, laser, etc)?
2) What platform and version?
3) Do print attempts to other programs (email, word, etc.) work normally on this printer?
4) Have you successfully used this program and printed this type of document on this printer previously?
5) Do you have the latest driver for your printer installed?

Konig, I don't think you understand the question. This is not a printer/driver question it is a how to get attachments to print with the rest of the portfolio in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro question.
