Why is GSView suddenly defaulting to grayscale?

GSView suddenly printing in black and white when I want color. I didn't (knowingly?) change any settings. Help!

I use GSView to print PostScript files at work. I normally do all my printing in color and successfully printed some things in color today. Program defaults were for color, to my knowledge, but I have never installed it or altered settings. Then I requested two more files to be printed right after the ones that were fine, and they mysteriously came out black and white. Printer does anything else I ask in color. Defaults in the printer menu are color. It's definitely GSView, right? Files appear in color in the GSView interface, but when I hit print they come out grayscale. I have no idea how it switched to print grayscale and thus no idea how to change it back, other than just closing the program and restarting, which doesn't work.

I have seen this page and can't quite make sense of it.

Well, try printing a different PS file. Does that print in color? If yes, try printing the problem file. Does that print in color? If not, then it isn't GSView, it's a thing with the PS file, and you may need to use a different application than GSView to print it. For example, does anyone at work have Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw?
