how to outsource a youtube video?

What site will allow me to easily outsource reading some text into a webcam and uploading the video to youtube?

I want to send about a paragraph of English text to someone in India so they can read it into a webcam and upload it to youtube. What site's make this easy to set up? Mechanical Turk?
I would probably be doing this repeatedly (with different words).

Mechanical Turk. It's about the only game in town for this kind of thing.
