Baggy trousers

I want to get me some traditional Dutch trousers, like these.

I've Googled for hours but haven't come up with anything apart from a full, traditional costume which costs over US$100. I just want a pair of cheap pants!

They appear to be naval outfits. You might try some kind of army surplus store to find Dutch Navy Surplus Trousers - or something to that effect. Here is something which might be useful - and another point would be to probably look for a larger size and then cinch the waist at a tailor.
