Any South Africans willing to help me get some SIM cards?

I'm running into problems trying to obtain some activated prepaid SIMs in the US so I don't have to worry about setting up a laptop cellular card in some rural part of the Eastern Cape without access to internet as reference. Can someone just send me the cards?

I am going to be traveling to South Africa in a couple months for a few weeks and would like to get a hold of two Vodacom prepaid starter packs (prepaid SIM cards). I'd like to set one of them up for data and would like to make sure I get it working, with my laptop card set up right and the prepaid data plan added and everything before I leave. I have heard that even if I order a starter pack and get the SIM card sent to me here in the US, it can only be activated from within South Africa.

Are there any South African Mefites who'd be willing to pick up two starter packs, pop them in a phone and dial 100 to activate each, and send them to me? Of course I'd get the money to you in advance for the cards and shipping, and I'll throw in some extra for the hassle of having to get the cards and making an international shipment.

If anyone has an alternate way to do this (aka if there's somewhere online I can just order these, and you are sure you can activate them while roaming abroad) I'd appreciate that as well.
