where is the welcome mat? (the band!)

one of the best pop grunge bands from australia in the 90's was called the welcome mat. i would like to get my hands on some of there stuff, jsut for old times sake. but there is no contact detail for the band on the net, and thus it's hard to know where to find them? any leads?

This is probably obsolete information, because it comes from my original Lap of Honour CD, which was released in, what, 1996? But back then, their fan club was contactable through Id Records at

Oh, and I should have read that Wikipedia link more closely, because Wayne is also in Knievel, who are sporadically active and have slightly more up-to-date contact info on their website (although I don't know how much that would help in a search for Welcome Mat stuff).
