I need to make a CD-ROM of a Electronic Press Kit for a time traveler. Is there a skinnable file browser I could use?

A friend is taking his band to SXSW. It must be a road trip to the 1990s in his DeLorean, because he wants to hand out CD-ROMs to record labels with his EPK. I had to give him snaps and say, "You be trippin fool. Dawg, have you heard about the internet? It's the shiznit!" but it didn't do any good.

He doesn't just want there to be a bunch of Windows 95 file folders on there, it's gotta be fresh, but I don't have time to get a vintage copy of Macromedia Director and build something from scratch.

Is there some kind of shareware still floating around that would allow me to make him a EPK that is totally off the hook?

Answering my own question, I think the keywords I needed were "autorun CD menu".
