Amazon.com recently started accepting game trade-ins. Who sells the inventory they accumulate?

A recent BusinessWeek article seems to suggest NorAm International is an intermediary of some kind, but it remains unclear who exactly is selling all the used games Amazon.com is gathering through the program.

Any clarity on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'd imagine they're going to simply offer used copies of games alongside the new ones, as they do with books and as GameStop does with games.

NorAm owns pieceofmindbooks which sells used items including games on Ebay.

So, it looks like they are being resold on Ebay.

Interesting...

Proof of the NorAm connection to Amazon is found here: Items you submit for trade-in using the Program are subject to acceptance by the merchant for the Program, NorAm International, a third-party company.

Thanks to this question, I learned that Gaylord is a standard pallet size box, via NorAm wholesale. Odd.

Well, considering that eBay's Half.com and Amazon are direct competitors, I doubt that eBay use is part of Amazon's plans...

Actually I haven't seen any used games available directly from Amazon on the site.
