My customers are small to medium businesses that have little or no onsite tech support.

I started a new business and it's thriving through word of mouth. Hooray. I have the front of my business card all set, but need some ideas for something that will be useful on the back that potential customers might use regardless if they purchase my services. I like my cards to be functional.

Some examples:

* Subnet mask chart
* TCP/IP stack chart
* CAT wiring diagram
* Some sort of password encrypted chart so customers can write passwords down

Things to check if their internet is down (commands like tracert, ipconfig, etc.).

Or, if you think they'll usually have internet, a list of useful URLs they may not know. Things like dnsstuff, whatismyip.com, etc.

Even better, combine functionality and marketing by making a few single-purpose helpful pages (how to do something that they'd need), get URLs for them that make it pretty evident what the pages contain, and print the URLs on the backs of the cards. Of course you'll have a small ad for your services on the bottom of each page.
