Help me fix my gmail account

GMail issues. I can log in but once I click to read any entry it takes me right back to the login page.
What browser do you use, and is it configured to block cookies from google.com, gmail.google.com, etc.? Whenever I run into this situation, it's due to the fact that I've accidentally blocked cookies for the site in question and the initial login procedure relies on the POST content rather than reading the cookie itself.
