Good Cologne like Ferragmo's Subtil

Cologne Filter: I like Subtil by Ferragamo. Recommend me something new!

I've never worn cologne until a year ago when I found Subtil by Salvatore Ferragamo, pleasant and mild fragrance that seems to work well for me. I know nothing about cologne, this was a lucky accident. I'm a 27 year old professional with fairly simple tastes.

Help!

Thanks.

You might want to explore colognes with similar notes. Subtil's notes are:
• Top notes of bracing mandarin, lotus leaves, cardamom, and ginger.
• Middle notes of coriander, bay rose, macy, davana, and violets.
• Base notes of patchouli and dry amber and musk.

Reviewers at Basenotes says it is similar to:
• Hei by Alfred Sung
• M7 Fresh
• Rykiel Grey

Or, you might want to stay with the same house. Other Ferragamo scents for men are:
• F Pour Homme
• Incanto Pour Homme
• Incanto Essential Pour Homme
• Salvatore Ferragamo Pour Homme

You should ask this at Basenotes, which is where the men's fragrance experts hang out.

If you want to try something different, I would suggest Hermès Concentrée D'Orange Verte: "Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin, Jasmine, Neroli, Mint, Patchouli, Moss, Cedar".

"A French classic that may be the only scent to outlast them all and the perfect all-day cologne with its green and citrus blend. If you’re tired of the complex equations of modern colognes or if your day takes you from the casual to the formal in mere hours, D’Orange Verte is worth a try."

It's fresh, wearable, classy - and unisex.
