Can you teleme where online to buy Teleme Cheese?

Cheese lovers, help me find a way to order Teleme cheese online!

While recently in the Bay Area, I fell in love with Teleme Cheese. Upon returning to Seattle, I cannot find it anywhere local ... and now that I'm scouring the web to see if I can order it online, I'm coming up empty-handed ... unless I want to order it wholesale. Teleme Cheese: WHERE ARE YOU?

I just found this article about a restaurant in Seattle. Apparently, they serve a burger with Teleme cheese. Perhaps you can contact them and find out their source?

Looking through the list of Franklin teleme distributors, it looks like Provvista sells to these stores in Seattle (see bottom of the page). And if those shops don't have teleme they probably know who does.

Also, teleme is a cool word.

According to this article, the cheeseburger at Spring Hill has teleme on it. You could try asking them where in town they get it. I find I get the best results to questions like that if I ask them after eating the item in question and then tipping well...

If you can't find teleme, taleggio makes a good stand-in.
