How long does it take a package to get from Seattle to Seoul via USPS?

So, my mom sent me a package with some rather important documents and other things (probably weighs a kilo or so) from Tacoma, WA to me in Seoul about 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. In the past it's taken a week or less. At what point do I just consider the thing lost? It was sent the cheapest way possible, first class international, I believe, so no tracking number. (yes, I know I should of got a tracking number...I asked her to get one, she didn't want to spend the extra cash)

As a (hopefully reassuring) data point: I've seen first class international take two weeks to get just from NYC to western Europe. I wouldn't worry about a two-week delay from Tacoma to Seoul.

(It's notoriously inconsistent; in other words, I've seen the same one-week transit times you've seen as well as much longer times on the same routes.)
