What should I have for dinner?

What shall I cook for dinner this evening? Only things we don't like are rhubarb and liver. Looking for inspiration. Thanks.

Herb ravioli in fish consommé
Grilled Paine Farm squab with Banyuls vinegar sauce, red wine risotto with winter chicories,

Best answer: Risotto - it's a good winter warmer and you can put in it virtually anything you have in the fridge.
