Where can I find the community wellness center in Philadelphia that offers affordable massages?

I was at a party last year and someone mentioned a wellness center in West Philly that offers massage and acupuncture at affordable, possibly sliding scale rates. Anyone know it?

Not in West Philly but also affordable are sliding scale massages at Brio Vim and student massages at Massage Arts School.
