What song is this playing at the end of the video?

What's the song playing at the end of the video? Credits say composed by Howard Shore but I don't want to sift through his whole catalog to find it. Thanks!

It's from one of the Lord of the Rings movies. Pretty sure it plays over the credits of The Two Towers.
