Does anyone know of useful links or resources for running a car manufacturing company in India?

For a project in my international business class, I have to write a business plan for a car manufacturing company in India. I was wondering if anyone knew of any useful information such as car regulations or current trends in India. Any information will be useful.

I don't think there are any links that will tell you how to run an auto manufacturer, but you might want to start here.
