Cheapest recycled toilet paper in jumbo rolls?

Trying to find the most economical 100% recycled toilet paper that comes on jumbo roles to be used in public restrooms.

So far I have these brand names for 100% recycled toilet paper:

Windsoft
Marcal
Acclaim
Tork
365 (Whole Foods)
Seventh Generation

Where is the cheapest place I can buy them in The States? Do you know a cheaper brand than those mentioned? Can I buy 365 or Seventh Generation in jumbo rolls?

Quality is not a consideration. Just % of recycled and price.

If you don't know what I mean by jumbo roll here is an example.

I should say I have been looking on Amazon, eBay and janitorial supply sites. The lowest I have so far is about 60$ for a case of 12 1 ply 2000 feet rolls.

I've seen the jumbo rolls at Costco, but I don't know if they are recycled or not. Try Costco or other bulk sellers.

Green Forest is another brand -- not sure if they make jumbo rolls, though.

Acclaim brand is 64.25 at Costco.

I found Windsoft at bettymills.com $54.21 (including shipping). Maybe that's the lowest I can get.

I haven't found Green Forest in jumbo rolls.
