Help me identify this obscure/bad tv movie!

Help me identify this roughly 10-year-old tv movie. It featured an aircraft with a supercomputer onboard, that was deranged and also controlled a powerful weapon.

I remember seeing this on tv a long time ago. I don't think it was a theatrical release. I thought the title had the word "pandora" in it. I think the plot revolved around the computer preventing the plane from landing in the Washington DC area, otherwise it would explode and destroy everything in the area. There is a line in it about diverting the aircraft to a nearby but safely distant military base "let the wizards at Pax River" handle the plane. THe plane then did a low-altitude pass of the tower.

Anybody remember this?

Pandora's Clock? Not exactly as you describe, but close and has the word "pandora" in it.

Reminds me of STEALTH as well, but Jennifer Garner wasn't in it; twas Jessica Biel.

Found it - it is Medusa's Child, also by John Nance (author of Pandora's Clock). Thanks for the suggestions.
