Can you recommend a temp agency for me?

Temp agency filter: I am a creative type in NYC, but it's not paying the bills right now. So I need to step outside my comfort zone. Are there any temp agencies that suit me? I have more details about myself inside.

A couple things about me:

- I am a video editor, but as I said, things are kind of dire for me nowadays.

- I graduated undergrad with a BS in finance four years ago.

So ideally I would find something in my field (post-production), but I am more than willing to start doing the "normal" office job temporarily so I can make ends meet. Are there any temp agencies in NYC that do either/or that suit me?

How about Aquent? Just pull down New York City from the location menu, leave "keyword" blank, and you will get a list of all jobs in NYC. I worked for them before in Chicago and they were pretty good.

The Hired Guns? Also try going to meetups or networking events where video editors and the people who hire them would be found. e.g. Ad Club, http://www.meetup.com/bigscreenlittlescreen/ http://www.meetup.com/nyvideo/
