Hotel in Algiers

Hotel in Algiers: Sheraton or St. George? Or something else?
Work is paying so I’m not price sensitive. Ideally I’d like a swanky hotel in the middle of town. But I’m also a loyalty points hound – so if it isn’t a major chain hotel it should be really cool with a great location for exploring the city.
Someone recommended the St. George, but I haven’t been able to find much info about it.
Any recommendations?
