Recommended Oscar live blogs, twitter etc?

Fairly certain I'm going to stay up this year to get the results live. The last time I did it I remembered flicking around a few news sites (like the BBC and The Guardian) but given the number of blogs now, plus the rise of Twitter, I'm sure there will be other options.

Oh and I'm in the UK which is why if I want the results as it happens it's got to be via the internets.

I think TVSquad usually does a live blog, although I'm not certain they'll do one this year.

I usually sift through the folks who blogged it live last year, and see if they're planning on doing it again.

I'm guessing you don't have Sky Movies Premiere, right?

That would be a correct guess.

Television Without Pity has hilarious snarky commentors if you want to constantly reload their Oscars thread. Sometimes they do a chat room too (the location will be posted in that thread.)

Thanks for the replies. For completeness I'll add The Guardian and the BBC have already kicked off and there's also /Film later (who have provided a timeline)...

Ironically I've come down with some virus so I might not be able to make the small hours after all... Go Slumdog!
