Best online tools for creating an online mixtape

The old muxtape is dead. But the interface it had to share a mixtape was unbelievably nice. Is there something like muxtape, maybe private, maybe open source that allows easy upload/creation of mixtape(s) for friends?

Best answer: If you have server space, you can install Opentape.

You could always create your own zipped playlists, and upload them to your very own Drop site?

These are password protected, so you can invite as many friends as you like...and THEY can upload their own mixes as well!

If you want to host your own the software that muxtape used can be found here (completely open source): http://opentape.fm/.

When it works, http://8tracks.com is neat.
