Morning Run

In this episode of 30 Days Morgan Spurlock lives on a Navajo reservation and takes part in various rituals. One of these is a morning run... where could I read more about that?

I can't see the video (I don't want to start an account just to sign in), but I do remember watching that episode.

If I remember correctly, it wasn't a morning run. It was a walk across grass with bare feet. They were to start their day walking towards the sun.
