A Place to Meet Near the Javits Center in NYC

Where can I have a relatively quiet meeting this Monday at 3:30, near the Javits Center, at 11th Avenue and 35th Street in New York City.

I am meeting with someone who is in town for the New York Toy Fair. We have a couple of hours and want to have a productive meeting. I am assuming the Toy Fair will be a zoo and that a nearby restaurant or hotel lobby will be our best bet.

The plan of record is for us to just look around for a likely spot once we're there, but I'd rather have an appropriate place picked out in advance. I am coming from Boston that day, and so I can't go check things out in advance myself.

Thanks in advance, all meta-Manhattanites!

Delicious food, not often crowded and insane.

Also, I don't know their hours, but:

Queen of Sheba
650 10th Ave (between 45/46st)
New York, NY 10036

Nice, atmospheric, reasonably priced Ethiopian restaurant. In the evening, at least, I have to call in advance for reservations.
