I need a good international escrow service for some software development I am doing. Any recommendations?

Rentacoder does well. They do arbitration, they take a small fee, and you can do a private listing to just the coder you're working with, so it's not open for regular bidding.

If the coder doesn't deliver what you need (be specific), then the money is refunded back.

Although I'm a big fan of RAC, I'm not sure I'd define 15% as a "small" fee.

Response by poster: I ended up forgoing escrow and just used paypal. Escrow services all take such a large bite that it just isn't worthwhile.
